We find the right tools that work for you (I’ve got an arsenal of them!) and the thoughts, fears, beliefs, and mental and emotional habits that have been dragging you down for years – will begin to DISSOLVE.

Why should I trust YOU to take me through this process?
I’ve been doing this a long time – helping people get unstuck, changing, thinking differently. I’m a certified NLP coach and my work is grounded in neuroplasticity, Socratic questioning and Buddhist psychology. I am VERY easy to talk to, honest, direct, open-minded, nonjudgmental. I have ZERO doubt about your capacity to transform.
How often do we meet?
We meet face-to-face every other week for 3 months. It gives you time to get busy between sessions (writing, reflecting, using tools, following through) without feeling like it’s TOO MUCH. I'm right here whenever something’s up and you want to reflect, talk it through, or just get my 2¢. I keep my mind on you for the 3 months (and beyond!)
What does the process involve?
Active exploration and continual movement. We will look at what’s been in the way, and what particular habits (mental, verbal, physical) are keeping you down. Expect plenty of prompts for writing and reflecting as well as mindset tools and techniques (you’ll do these for life). We will also map out in detail all the steps to get you from where you are to where you want to be. You start moving and we tackle whatever arises. No more giving up.

After we meet (and decide we're a fit) I send you a link to my PayPal.me, and you either pay all at once or we split it into 3 monthlies.
